"It was not at the standard of 4 star hotel. In the non smoking room,there was the terrible smell of smoking . many of the facilities of broken and useless. Shower head missed, Hair dryer broken. The walls were dirty and full of stains. We decreased our stay from2 days to one day and I'm expected to return back my money."
