The owner was very accommodating, which we really appreciated! This property is in a great location and had just what we needed for a weekend away. Although we had 4 adults and had to use the couch fold-out, it was more comfortable than we expected! The unit was quiet, had everything listed, and the owner was very responsive. Easy parking and quick access. The immediate surrounds on the town side are a bit funky, but Riverwalk access is A+++ and views of the river and bridge are amazing. It's very central, easy to get to downtown and enjoy the museums and shops. When we arrived, the cleaners had not been, but the property manager was very responsive to my concern and arranged for them to come by while we were out at dinner, and all was well! ##### Alexis G. Flat #203 was the perfect home base for an Oregon Coast road trip! With a view of the Columbia, close proximity to the River Walk and all-things Goonies, I highly recommend staying here. Also, Cannon Beach and Seaside are only a 40-min. drive away! Plan to cook? Drive 5 mins to Safeway and Astoria Co+Op for groceries and the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, etc. Unfortunately, nearby restaurants were 2-3 stars out of 5 for us. Bedrooms are comfy and shabby-chic; bathrooms clean and modern; and living room is spacious and cozy. Check-in got 3 stars because we didn't get the details 48 hours in advance as promised. We sent an email and voicemail, but didn't hear back. We finally had to contact VRBO the night before our departure. The property owner finally sent us check-in info right before we hit the road.
