Noise issues from nightclub

Overall the hotel was good value for money. Room was clean. Buffet breakfast was adequate with s reasonable choice of foods. The one thing that lets it down is the noise from the nightclub which goes on until the early hours. Definitely bring ear plugs

The receptionist was exceptionally rude and said cruel things to my guests that were traveling with me. She treated us as if we were not worthy of her hotel. I had paid 5 months in advance and she acted as if they didn’t have a room for us but a later receptionist showed us 4 rooms to choose from. I wrote to management and the failed to respond. The first room That the rude woman gave us smelled strongly of mold. It was u bearable but we thought we had no choice. Then the helpful man gave us real options. Never again.
