Cute Ozark Mountain cabin in the woods: a quiet escape or adventurous exploring
10/10 Excellent
"What a great place to stay! The host is very welcoming, helpful, and an all around great person. The cabiin has everything you'd want including a washer and dryer. The property has hiking trails right out the back door. We had a great time exploring the area from the Mark Twain forest to trails around Northern Arkansas. "
"The cabin was cute and clean, and the resident cats and dog were so sweet and friendly! Everyone working at the ranch was friendly, welcoming, and always available. We enjoyed the games in their basement/gameroom, and appreciated the proximity to Ava, while still being out in the country, giving us the country stay we were wanting to have. We loved that we were able to bring our cat along for the trip, and she seemed to enjoy the views from the cabin as much as we did. We will definitely consider staying here again the next time we return to the area!A few notes for those considering a stay here… 1) it is on a county road - though this road is one of the better maintained in the area, your vehicle will get dirty, and there are a few pot holes and dips along the (short) drive; 2) there is a short walk from the parking area to the cabins (about 200 ft); 3) be conservative with your shower water - these cabins have mini water heaters that don’t last long ;)"
"Another great stay that met our expectations from previous visits. The cabins are comfortable and the hosts very gracious. Leah helped us get checked in and accommodated the few requests we had. Looking forward to our next visit."
"Another great stay at Village of Hope. This was our third visit and met all of our expectations. Staff was communicative and friendly, and the retreat space was clean and quiet."
