"Room was fine. Two beds crammed into the bedroom so one bed was pushed against the balcony door. Balcony door would not lock. Bathroom was spotless but the furniture hadn't been dusted in a while. The beds are really uncomfortable. Overall - Erin is good for a quick stay and super close to events at the park. Customer service was great- especially the girl there during checkin. She was fabulous "

friendly! Vladimir was helpful in answering questions prior to our visit making the check in/out process very smooth. Definitely needed some upkeep…walls were filthy, windows very dirty, shower liner was old and under furniture in living room had food, dust and empty bottles. Overall nice experience!
