Secluded 6 acre home near the Henry's Fork River.

  • This newly remodeled home is centrally located for adventure and fun. With easy access to both National Parks this location is a prime starting point for all your adventurous days. A fifteen minute drive gets you to one of the many boat launches on the river or some of the best ATV/UTV/Snowmobile trails in the country.
    The home is very private, located down a one mile long driveway with only a few neighbors in a miles reach. Enjoy quiet days and dark starry nights. Every room in the house offers great views of the surrounding area including the Tetons. There is so much more than the two National Parks. Be sure to visit Mesa Falls which is just 15 minutes up stream and Harriman State Park, another hardly known jewel of Idaho.

This place was gorgeous both inside and out! The views of the mountains and rolling fields was spectacular, and it was so peaceful. The inside of the house was extremely clean and cozy. I didn’t want to leave!

Great place!

This is a great place to stay. Everything was as described. Owners were easy to communicate with. They even had made fans on the kleenex, paper towels and toilet paper! Beautiful views!

Birthday trip

We stayed for a full week and everything was perfect. The house was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Sunrise and sunsets are beautiful from the many windows. I would recommend highly!

Peaceful and relaxing

What a lovely property to stay at! It was nicely located midway between grand Tetons and Yellowstone national parks. It was peaceful, relaxing and some of the loveliest night skies I’ve seen in years. Great place to unwind after a day of exploring. The recommendations in the guest book were fantastic, mesa falls was a great experience.

Beautiful Farmhouse

This home was perfect for our family vacation! It was exactly as described. Plenty of room for our family of five. We enjoyed our stay. We spent several days in the national parks both Yellowstone and Grand Teton. Trails Inn restaurant is a great local place for breakfast! I’d recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area.

A taste of life on the farm

We were visiting Yellowstone National Park and wanted to stay somewhere quiet, and this was the perfect spot. The house was very comfortable for our family of 6, had sweeping 360 degree views of farms for miles and the icy Mountains in the distance. We would definitely come back for the quiet, the views and the comfort.

Peaceful

I booked this looking for a peaceful place to relax after hiking and fishing and it was perfect. The views around the house are amazing, there are no sounds of other people, the house is spacious and close to town for a quick forgotten item. Very clean, easy check out and great communication with the owner.

Fantastic Place

We loved staying at the Yellowstone farmhouse! It was an hour drive to the West entrance to Yellowstone which gave us some time to enjoy more beautiful scenery each day! The house was immaculate and super clean and perfect for our family of 4. We loved the views of the Tetons as we played cards each night. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to make meals from the groceries we bought at the store in town. This house is the absolute perfect place and would recommend anyone stay there!

Perfect vacation - beyond expectation

As a family ranging from ages 12-75, this house was absolutely perfect! There are plenty of areas in the house, along with the beautiful porches with views to find peace and also gather as a family. This was the perfect location to visit Tetons and Yellowstone. We spent a lot of time in the West Yellowstone area as well - an unexpected highlight was a spontaneous decision to go to a rodeo in West Yellowstone and it did not disappoint! The owners were incredibly responsive before and during our visit. They immediately responded and do everything they can to make sure you have the best stay! It's obvious how much they love the area and home and want to share it.

What a setting. Barley fields as far as the eye can see, this gem was perfect for unplugging and enjoying the surroundings. Drives to YS and GT were a little lengthy but having the chance to see the countryside was an added bonus. What a trip.

Lovely, quiet location with amazing views

After a week of camping through Yellowstone and the Beartooths, our family had a 3 day stay at this property. It was a great fit for our family of 5 as everyone had their own space. We enjoyed checking out the birds around the property (sandhill cranes, swallows, osprey, kingbirds). It was a great location to checking out Mesa Falls, Harriman State Park and even a side trip to Yellowstone. We did a lovely horse trail ride on horses in Harriman and made it into the woods to pick huckleberries too. We'd definitely pick this place again. Kitchen was well stocked with everything from olive oil, spices, flour, a few spices which helped too.

Do it and plan the stay!!!!

This was a little slice of heaven. Clean and large. I hope the host knows how much we enjoyed our stay. Myself, and my three kids 17,14,8 stayed here for almost a week. It was the break we all needed. Drivable to Tetons and yellowstone. You will not find a better place. There was always a beautiful waterfall 20 minutes away. My son ran around putsode for hours, and we star gazed at night. Wifi was great, and they had everything you needed. They had fans, games, trash bags, and even bear spray.

If you are looking for a private, serene setting, this is your spot. Situated in the middle of farm land with amazing views of the Tetons, this house was perfect. Great location between Yellowstone (an hour drive to West Yellowstone) and Grand Tetons (1 1/2 hour drive). The house was equipped with everything we needed and the host was very quick to respond to any of our questions or concerns.

My family and I spent a week at the Ashton Farmhouse, and we didn't want to leave. When you arrive, you will be amazed at how quiet, peaceful, clean, and accommodating this property is. At night, if it's clear, you will see the Milky Way stretching across the sky, along with more stars than you can imagine. We spent two days exploring the Grand Tetons and three in Yellowstone. The drive time to the GT's is about 1 hour & 45 minutes, and YNP is a little over and hour. We absolutely loved the stay here, and I cannot recommend this house enough. I researched many properties around the two parks, and this price is unbeatable. Mike and his wife provided great information and communication. Do yourself a favor, and rent this property.
