"The rooms have been recently renovated and are clean, pleasant and comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful and we appreciated having a microwave and mini fridge. The staff was very friendly! My only suggestion would be to add a bedside lamp. My only complaint is that the room smelled like cigarettes. Personally, I don’t know why cigarette smoking is allowed in any rooms when folks can simply step outside. The odor permeates everything and it was sad to see the burn marks on the lovely new sink."

"It was old and outdated but we only stayed for one night so it was fine with us. "

"The room was clean although smaller than we thought it would be. There was no place to hang clothing and we could have used a spare roll of toilet paper since we ran out (there wasn't much on the roll when we arrived). Overall, we stayed the night and it was comfortable. No problems at all."

Easily accessible to many popular spots nearby. The house was super clean, neat and tidy and gave us plenty of space. Great choice for a stay in Ashtabula!"

"Great location. Very comfortable well equipped cottage. 2 bedrooms with one being loft style open to the living space below. Fine for friends sharing. Only thing I’d change is carpeting in the bathroom."
