Staff very friendly. Night desk clerk, Mathew, was extremely helpful and engaging.
Wasn’t happy about being talked into a pre-usage amenity charge. Still not sure what it was supposed to be used for. This was a $69+ charger.
Also parking a block and half away was a $50 per day. Thought a bit high.

The only thing I didn't like was, a few days before we left for our trip, I got an email saying parking was an additional $28 a night. Hands down my favorite hotel chain. Only disappointment was that the website implies that the kitchen is available 24/7, but it actually meant that snacks were available 24/7. Otherwise, my stay was great! Staff is friendly & helpful, the location is ideal, & the views are beautiful.
