There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, microwave and dishwasher. If you are here on business there is wireless internet. This wonderful new first level condo style apartment has a quaint open floor plan with Sliding doors that lead out onto your own balcony for outside dining overlooking the North Hills of Ashland. The master bedroom has a King bed, private bathroom and smart TV. Second room has queen bed with smart tv. The third room has a twin trundel bed and smart tv. This home is located in a prime location just a 5 minute walk to the popular Shakespeare Festival. This sweet cottage located at the end of the business district is perfectly located for a walk to see shows at the Shakespeare Festival. It is very comfortable for four (two couples or a small family. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was wonderful as we could easily walk to the theater and the railroad district. The only caveat is that there was some noise late at night overhead in the master bedroom because the upper tenants have their living room/kitchen above. One downside was that the people staying in the upstairs space were very loud & we could hear almost everything. The flat is located in easy walking distance to downtown Ashland, so that we didn't have to drive at all while there. The rooms were very comfortable.
