Really nice 2 bedroom apartment in historical house-great applicances, comfortable and spacious living and bedroom areas. We were only two, comfortable for up to 2 couples easily. 10-15 minute walk to downtown along pleasant street. Coffee shop around the corner. Very pleasant and comfortable stay , and reasonably priced.

This is an amazing place filled with character and lots of little items that made the stay easier. The kitchen is stocked with equipment enough to host a full Thanksgiving dinner! We only got to stay 2 nights, but it would be a great place for an extended period of time if you are exploring the area in addition to taking in the shows in Ashland.

Very clean house, well decorated and comfortable, loved the full kitchen, the deep soaking tub, and the relaxing living room. It looks fancier than you expect but is very comfortable. Also an easy 10-minute walk to downtown.
