You will find everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay, including a fully fitted kitchen/open plan living area, 2 modern bathrooms (1 including a bath) with complimentary toiletries and towels as well as Wifi throughout. Situated just 2 minutes walk from the Designer Outlet Shopping Centre, you will be within easy reach of shops, restaurants and bars as well as local parks.  
  
The Space:  
  
This stunning 2 bedroom apartment has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings, modern fixtures and fittings and has more than enough space for up to 4 guests. The large windows bathe the rooms with natural light and create a feeling of space. The open plan living area is comprised of a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, an L-shaped sofa and smart TV. The large glass doors open out on to the terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee, or evening glass of wine! There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The double bedrooms (1 en-suite) feature plenty of storage space for clothes and comfortable double beds with crisp hotel linen. The modern bathrooms feature showers (one with bath) toilets and sinks, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. There is also free parking on site for 1 car.

Situated in a quiet area, just 2 minutes from the Designer Outlet Shopping centre, you will find a huge array of shops restaurants and bars all on your doorstep, as well as a choice of local parks within walking distance. It is a just a 20 minute walk to Ashford Ton Centre and 10 minutes walk to the Train Station.  
  
Getting Around:  
  
There is plenty on offer within walking distance including a choice of nearby bars, restaurants and cafes. If you want to head in to central Ashford, it is a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive. The train Station is just 10 minutes walk away with national rail links to the rest of the country.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.  
  
Late check-in fees:   
  
For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50 charge.   
  
For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75 charge.
