Enjoy Nature While Being Close to Downtown \*\*\*\*NO CHILDREN BELOW AGE 12 DUE TO DEEP POND JUST OUTSIDE THE DOOR This is the original farmhouse on our 40-acre property. Recently, we updated the inside with modern amenities, while preserving much of the original charm. The house has a pond and water feature, and is super convenient to downtown (just 6.5 miles). Between the floating dock, creek side bench, front porch and fire pit circle, there are ample opportunities to sit back and relax the natural beauty this area has to offer. This house is the perfect choice if you are looking for somewhere that is both close and convenient to downtown while also peaceful and surrounded in nature. Spend one day enjoying Asheville's abundant restaurants and shopping districts and the next exploring the land right outside your back door. There truly is something for everyone at The Pond House. We have been hosts since 2012 and have lots of reviews for our other two houses on the property.
