Single story 3 bedroom 2 bath home located about a 10 min drive to downtown Asheville, located south of downtown puts the property on the same side of downtown as the Biltmore Estate and in between the airport and downtown. There is a Studio apartment next to garage. This listing is if studio is occupied. lt shares a wall in between both laundry areas and shares no entrances.

Family time

Clean, comfy, convenient. Suggestion for master bdrm: need curtains on bathroom doors and door handles that work on both sides of the door and possibly a day bed that could be used to lounge or sleep..enjoyed our stay very much

Great location!

Was only in town because a family member was in the hospital. Such a great location just minutes from the hospital, which was a great convenience. Property manager was great and always responded quickly!! It looks like it’s the perfect spot for a fun Asheville-weekend!! We would have loved exploring the shops and restaurants that were nearby!!
