This brand new build (2022) is one of Asheville's newest vacation rentals that provides truly luxurious accommodations! The name is inspired from the traditional Appalachian folk song, and is one of ten beautifully constructed villas located in the enclave of The Fold at Reynolds Mountain. Shops and dining within walking distance you and you are located just 10 minutes from downtown Asheville, and close to everything the Blue Ridge Mountains have to offer! Walk into Shady Grove and you will be presented with clean lines and sleek, modern décor! The main level includes a fully equipped kitchen with high end finishes as well as a large dining table. The living room is a great place to cozy up in front of the gas fireplace and listen to music, watch tv or just connect with your group. Step out on the patio and take advantage of the hot tub for a relaxing soak after a long day of exploring. There are 4 guest rooms, including 1 King on the main level and 3 King Rooms on the second level. Each room has a smart tv and wifi throughout the property! You will not want to leave Shady Grove! This space was great. It was clean, spacious all the bedrooms were the same so it was very equitable for everyone. It well equipped and comfortable. The hot tub was a plus. We traveled with a group of 4 couples, it was great as there were 4 bedrooms with their own private bathrooms. It was a quick weekend trip so we did not get to cook at the house but they were equipped with a good amount of cookware if we would of choose to make dinner at the house. It was very private and we were thankful for the peace and quiet that we had at Shady Grove. Attention was given to every detail inside the house and every amenity we needed was waiting on us when we arrived. The location was absolutely perfect. We were able to visit the Biltmore, Arboretum and enjoy DuPont National Forest. We will definitely be staying here again. ##### Barbara G. The beds were comfortable and every room has it’s own on suite bathroom which we loved.
