Hummingbird Perch is a Rumbling Bald Resort 5 Star Studio located outside the gates at the Apple Valley Villas. It accomodates up to 3 adults or 2 adults and child, (King bed and Twin Love seat pull out bed) . This unit is part of the Rumbling Bald Resort, and a short 15 mile drive to the Tryon International Equestrian Center. You can walk from the condo to the Apple Valley Market.

The Resort is situated in the small town of Lake Lure, named for the sparkling lake at its center. You can play on both land and water, there are two 18-hole golf courses as well as two lakes for fishing, boating, and beaching.

Guests have access to all resort facilities and most amenities at no extra charge, including an indoor pool and outdoor pools, lazy river, beach, fitness center, sauna, steam room, indoor hot tub, business center, playground, picnic area, basketball and tennis courts.

Additional amenities guests have access to at an additional charge include Golf Pro shop items, Ice Cream, Frozen Alcohol drinks and more at the Cabana, Beauty Salon, Massage & Spa Services, Mini Golf, Boat Rentals (Pontoons, Kayaks, and SUP) Golf at two courses, (Bald Mountain & Apple Valley), Golf Driving Ranges, Dining at Legends on the Lake, Boat Tours, Wine Tours and other activities. This 474 square foot villa comes equipped with everything you need. It has a kitchenette which includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee pot and microwave. There is a King Sized bed and single, pull out love seat sleeper. There is a private newly tiled bathroom with toilet and shower. A partitioned dressing area with sink and washer/dryer is provided. The unit also has a Roku HD TV, Fire Stick for streaming, high-speed UNLIMITED fiber optic internet, new HVAC, front and rear decks. All linens are provided. The owner/ manager is a licensed NC real estate broker.
