Then once we finally were allowed to check in, 3 hours late, we were on the phone with our host discussing issues and requesting toilet paper, he said no and canceled our reservation. Our room was clean with nice linens and a comfy bed. We felt safe and comfortable. There is a restaurant and bar on site for dinner and a drinks. Food is marginal at best. Consider it bar food. Even so, there are few restaurant options in the area and it is nice to be able to grab a drink and burger without much trouble. The listing doesn't make it clear that the property has both hotel type of rooms as well as camp sites. The outdoor space has campers all around. We didn't really mind and everyone was quite nice. The owners could make things nicer and more inviting for guests by tidying up their own stuff outside their living area as well as making sure that benches, grills, and other outdoor space and items are clean and in working condition. All in all, we had a nice time, met some nice people, ate some bad food, drank some good drinks and will be back. ##### Robin R.
