Thankfully the listing headline mentioned the fencing and a message to the owner confirmed it was fully enclosed. The property appears to have been recently renovated with a few rentals sharing the same building. Each rental has a dedicated parking spot and the property is easy to navigate to via Google Maps and pretty much off a main road. The interior was clean and spacious. The appliances look new. And there are a couple of smart TVs. Wifi was available, but I chose not to utilize it. Pros: Dedicated parking. Close to town and major attractions, but far enough away for peace and quiet. Communicative host. Disposal bag dispenser on the back deck. Powerful A/C. Cons: No dishwasher. Gravel parking area. Outlets in main bedroom could be a bit inconvenient. The only hiccup was that an email with check in instructions was supposed to be sent days before, but never saw it. Though the instructions that were sent day of check in were extremely thorough and helpful.
