All nice …good walking trail for our dog….pleasant staff Will not stay again because only refunded half of our reservation although this was not their policy when I made reservation…I only make reservations when a full refund is guaranteed if made in allotted time. Lost $200 of 400.

since this reservation was booked through expedia. The Hotel is not responsible for any refund. That issue is expedia not the hotel.

The rooms were very musty and dirty. Not sure if it’s because we were in a pet friendly room or not. There is wallpaper in the bathroom with no ventilation fan. The walls are very thin and could hear other people talking and dogs barking near us. For the price paid, the rooms should be much cleaner. Would not recommend.

The host who checked us into the hotel was smiling, informative, had a sense of humor, and showed hospitality as if he were inviting us into his home. The breakfast buffet was excellent, as was the service. The rooms were huge and comfortable - also immaculately clean. What an excellent place to rest after clearing out my husband's parents' home. Thank you, Holiday Inn, East Asheville - Blue Ridge Parkway!

Door to my room did not lock, property located in a food desert, very dimly lit. as a single woman I did not feel safe staying at the property alone, so I had to book another hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel. All the staff was wonderful. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. Even though breakfast was not included, they have a very nice restaurant and bar on site, which offers breakfast, dinner and drinks. We enjoyed our stay.

Loved the room. Very nice, comfortable and clean. Nice size tv and sitting area. Comfortable bed and quiet. Friendly staff. Breakfast pricey but Waffle House right beside property busy but nice, and good food.

The hotel room and facilities were great. We had dinner at their restaurant and it was very good. The reservation didn’t include breakfast, which they charge $17 per person for a buffet that was halfway empty. I understand we are in a low season, but I felt like it was overcharged. One of the cheese danishes had mold on it. I will recommend everything BUT the breakfast.

Great Asheville Hotel
Love that it’s dog friendly. Great trail for dog walking. Employees all pleasant and accommodating. Dinner in the restaurant was very good. I’ll go back.

Only complaint is that it was not disclosed on expedia when i made the reservation that there is a pet fee. I didn't find out that it was an extra $100 until i checked in. It would've been helpful if the fee is added to the amount in the reservation when selecting a pet friendly room.

The room has great furnishings that provide ample flat surfaces for digging into bags and resting them in easy reach. Loved the liquid hand wash pump in the bathroom rather than a tiny bar of soap. Thoughtful, convenient plugs, hooks and towels for 3 people. Love this place at a great price, too!
