It was decorated very well and very clean. It felt private and cozy even though it is under owners place. The area is very spacious and our friends were very comfortable on the air mattress provided. Our two-night stay was short, so we didn’t get to enjoy it to the fullest, but enjoyed it nonetheless. The property is not handicap accessible as the steps down to the basement apartment from the parking area are just a series of flat stones so one has to be careful to not fall or slip if the stones are wet. Beaver Lake is a short drive down Merrimon Avenue toward town and is a great place to walk. There are shops and restaurants within a short distance also. ##### Robert C. Location was great. We didn’t want to stay in downtown Asheville, but wanted to be able to get there easily. Very short drive to downtown, but just far enough away to not feel like in the city traffic. Also, easy to get to Biltmore Estate from the house. Brandon's property is convenient to all-things Asheville a traveler would want to experience. Downtown areas and peripheral attractions are a short driving distance away.
