The location to downtown is very convenient and most of our outings to that area were within walking distance or a short Uber. The apartment itself was very clean and had everything needed. We were there for one night with two dogs and we appreciate that we could find a dog-friendly property downtown. It was a bit tricky finding a safe place to walk them and that was the only drawback. We had no issues with any of the unhoused people in the area or any of the agencies that serve them. ##### Megan H. The house was very clean and convenient to access anything you might want to do in downtown Asheville. Very easy to follow check in and out procedures.
