The house is older than the pictures depict and on a busy street with some traffic noise. It is in a great location close to downtown Asheville and other great area attractions. It was comfortable and clean. The hot tub and outdoor fire pit were excellent. Communication with the owners was positive. We were given appropriate instructions ahead of time, which was very helpful and appreciated. If we asked questions, they were answered in a timely manner. This was the best place I’ve stayed at! I normally bring all my own stuff but this had everything I needed already, including coffee and cream (this was our favorite part, we were tickled pink to have it already there)! Everything was clean and the hot tub and fire pit were awesome bonuses. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard and lighting at night so we could see them and keep an eye on them while we were out there. We spent most of our time exploring the city and hiking, we also got engaged during this stay so this place is very special to us and we will absolutely be back! Thank you Rachel for being an excellent host while we stayed and checking in on us, it didn’t go unnoticed. ##### Melinda W. She was also very appreciative of the doggie bed. We used the fire pit several nights. The deck was amazing for morning coffee and evening libations. The house was clean and well equipped. The location was great for us-only 5-6 minutes from our daughter’s apartment-and convenient to great restaurants and breweries. Rachel was very responsive whenever I had questions and she is being very helpful in trying to get a couple items that we left behind back to us. Great Vrbo experience! ##### Terri M.
