"The thing that stood out to me is the kind housekeeping and food service staff. Please give them all recognition for the great work. Came to Asheville to celebrate our 25 hear anniversary and I booked a place in Black Mountain and that didn’t work out. I had concerns about that place so we needed a safe/nice place at the last minute. I booked at this hotel via Expedia and everything was smooth and perfect. Clean hotel with everything we needed and it was nice to be able to walk to CVS and the Earth’s Fare grocery store. Thank you!"

"Love this hotel and everything they do is how a hotel should do it. We had 1 problem with housekeeping that was quickly resolved above our expectations! Tip: Try their homemade pop tarts. I still dream about having more of those tasty delights!"
