This is a great little stop for an overnight. My fiancé and I were traveling to Florida and needed a inexpensive, decent bed for the night. Upon arrival we were greeted by the nicest man, who was genuinely pleasant and made sure to get us checked in quickly. He made sure we had everything we needed. The bed was surprisingly comfortable! I’m mean it isn’t an elite experience by any means, but adequate for the money. We would definitely stop here again if we ever pass through.

The front desk staff was rude, unprofessional, and a very bad choice to be the face of the Inn. I purchased a room for 4/8/25 to 4/9/25 , also paid an early check in fee only to be put out on 4/8/25 at 10am. This is unacceptable ‼️‼️

YOU WILL NOT GET A ROOM WHEN YOU ARRIVE FRAUDULENT

I arrived to check in just to work hurricane inGA. Guy behind the counter said he could not take credit card to check me it. NOWHERE ELSE AVAILABLE ON HOTELS.COM FOR 100 MILE. gOT A ROOM ACROSS THE STREET. LAST ONE. THIS GUY DID THIS TO SEVERAL PEOPLE WHO STAYED AT MY HOTE. APPARENTLY HE DOES THIS ALL THE TIME. PEOPLE EVACUATED FROM FLORIDA ARRIVED AT HIS HOTEL AND DID NOT GET A ROOM. THEY WERE SLEEPING IN THEIR CARS (AT LEAST 7 THAT I NOW OF. THIS HOTEL IS NOT AN OPERATING HOTEL AND SHOULD BE TAKEN OFF OF HOTELS.COM.

I never stayed here they turned me away because I have animals and now the hotel charges me money because Expedia my reservation was not canceled even though I called and complained to Expedia that this motel would not allow me to stay there and I can’t get through to anyone agents on Expedia just computer recordings. Unpleasant staff.

We arrived at the property and was told that they were unable to check us in because their WiFi and credit card service was down. In oreer to stay we had to pay cash. I walked outside and came back in with cash. I asked for a ground floor room as my elderly father is unable to walk up stairs. I was told there were no ground floor rooms. The person behind the counter was unpleasant in providing the info. I asked if there was at least an elevator, again my answer was no. I explained to him that this hasn’t been a very good experience, you’ll not be getting a good rating. He then proceeded to tell me he’s refusing my service since I would be giving a bad rating. We went one exit away and found a place for a third of the price that was clean with a friendly staff. I wouldn’t stay here unless you want to be treated poorly.

Room was obviously in need of updating. Refrigerator was dirty, there was no grate over the bathroom vent. Had to go ask for towels as there were none. Zero. Zippo. The gentleman at the desk was friendly and helpful.

Not the Ritz but a good place to spend the night

This is an older hotel however, if you take that into consideration, in my view, you will not be disappointed. Everything at this hotel work fine, the room was not new, the towels were not new but everything worked.

Very old motel but looks very nice and blue on the outside. Bathtub very old Scherer nozzle very low and old. No phone in room to contact office with problems. TV very hard to be able to find channels don’t know what kind of cable they have. AC was very poor room did not get comfortable until about 3 o’clock this morning.

Hotel is old & run down. There were alot of cosmetic disappointments that could have been repaired easily. Shower head was covered with mildew. Acceptable for price point.
