Spacious 2 bedroomed, open plan cottage, over looking the meadow, with beautiful views across the valley. French doors open out onto a decked balcony area with outdoor table and seating for 4 guests and conveniently located around the corner from the children's play area. In easy walking or cycling distance to the beautiful Carsington Water which if you wish to you can walk or cycle around (approx. 8 miles if you go all the way around). Also conveniently situated to places such as Chatsworth House and Alton Towers and in a 10 minute drive to the towns of Ashbourne and Wirksworth. All cottages at our holiday village can make use of the indoor heated swimming pool and games room.

The kitchen is well equipped for all your self catering needs and includes a cooker, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, glasses and utensils.

All bedrooms have ample drawer and wardrobe space.

One hairdryer is provided.

The en suite shower room has enclosed shower, WC and wash basin.

The family bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, WC and wash basin.

A high chair (without straps) is available on request.

The rates include WIFI, heating, bed linen and two fresh towels per person per stay.
