Ground Floor: Living room: Smart TV, Woodburner Dining room. Kitchen: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine First Floor: Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Bathroom: Bath, Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Highchair available on request. Welcome pack. Private garden with patio and garden furniture (courtyard to the front and rear of garden). Electric vehicle charging point. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking.. This tranquil cottage is located 5 miles outside the historic market town of Ashbourne, far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle of the town but still only a short drive away. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen offering a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. It then flows into the dining room which has a dining table to seat four guests, once you have finished your dinner you can wind down in front of the wood burner on the comfy sofas. Upstairs you will find a bathroom, refurbished in 2021, which has a bath and separate cubicle shower. There are two bedrooms, the master has a double bed and the second bedroom is a twin. Outside there is ample garden space with a courtyard to the front and a lawned area, and then a courtyard to the rear with stunning views over the fields. Ashbourne has much to offer, the town itself is full of local shops, restaurants and bars. Ashbourne is known as the gateway to the famous Dovedale with its stepping stones and the Peak District. The cottages only a 20-minute drive from Alton Towers theme park. Please note: There are open, steep, spiral or narrow stairs at the property.
