Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door.
Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise out for the day. Loved the digital building and door keys. Easy parking. The entire building space is quite unique and stylish.

Excellent, however the room I was in had a door that must have been the bathroom for the other room and everytime it was used I knew about it...other than that, excellent stay and very clean.

All the staff was super friendly and welcoming. Hotel is in a great location to visit all the museums, shopping and attractions. Our room was great, very clean, comfy beds and pillows. Will definitely stay again next time we visit Mystic area.

Room was very clean. Breakfast was very good hot and fresh. The pool area was clean and always towels to dry with were available. All the staff were very nice. 2nd time there and will stay again.
