This was a very clean, calm and inviting space to spend my vacation. It was elegant but not gaudy. The staff was excellent and very attentive to my needs. I felt very well taken care of there. This was the best hotel stay I have ever experienced.

Radisson service is great and the location is nice. We stayed on the street side with VIP service, which was a nice touch. In retrospect, I would have paid for the Lagoon view; it was worth the upgrade compared to a view of the electrical units. The water temperature would never get hot. The staff and restaurant service was 5-star.

In my room - 512, part of the skirting board was loose and coming off which can cause injury. In the bathroom, the shower screen couldn't keep in all the water from the shower cos the shower door won't close properly causing some of the water to stand on the floor. This is the worst hotel i have ever lodged. Very arrogant staffs, the worst is the restaurant. What i said here was my experience in that hotel. My 2 nights in that will never repeat itself again. I regretted lodging in that hotel, just was wasted my money.

This hotel is simply amazing! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there for our honeymoon. The bed was roomy and comfortable. The AC worked like a dream.
