Rooftop sauna area was lovely but pool the floors down sadly.
Shocked at being charged 5€ a day for “ energy costs” when checking out!!!!
No replacement of coffee pods or tea bags- very mean for a 4 star hotel. We slept ok but some may find train noisy outside our window. Rhine view nice and citibikes to hire on site - very handy and cheap!

The room was very well kept, the staff was very friendly and allowed me to check in at 3:00AM when I had an event that kept me out late Friday night. The breakfast buffet is excellent and it is located perfectly to get to the airport or to travel within the city of frankfurt

Wi-Fi was very easy to access. The staff was very accomodating, as there was at least one person who spoke English and was able to answer out questions. Breakfast was delicious, and had a wide variety of both classic breakfast items and international cuisine to choose from.

"Love the location and distance to shops and restaurants, very walkable. Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn't working in my room. However, weather cooled down and the open window was pleasant. The staff was excellent as usual! Whenever we are in the area we try to stay at SAKS!"
