Aschau: Very beautiful 2-family house "Eberharter", 3 storeys, built in 2024\. On the outskirts, 300 m from the centre, in a quiet position, 3.5 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Supermarket, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "Aschau i.Z. Bahnhof" 750 m, railway station "Aschau i.Z. Bahnhof" 750 m. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km. Nearby attractions: Innsbruck 57 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Ski-Optmal Hochzillertal 5.5 km, Zillertal Arena 3.5 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.  
"Gerlosstein Blick", 3-room apartment 80 m2 on 1st floor. Very tasteful and cosy furnishings: 2 double bedrooms.
