Whenever we went out, he always came out to greet us and offered tips to where to go and eat. When we returned, he was there to welcome us. We enjoyed the stay very much. "

"No hot water for my 2 day stay, when I enquired as to why not I was told it was a problem for the whole hotel. Seemed strange as the central heating was working. But I am not a fan of cold showers."
