"Neat rooms, courteous staff, good food, great property "

"One of the best resorts in India. A unique experience in the woods. Very hospitable and supportive staff. Highly recommend!"

"We stayed for 2 nights and overall it was a good stay. I noticed some stairs have tiles coming off when walking to breakfast, needs some fixing. Also, we had booked 'Lavender Deluxe' room but we upgraded our room to Maple wing because our room was dull and not the same as it looked in the pictures. "We had an absolutely awesome stay at Fountain Mahabaleshwar! The hospitality was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. We were also invited to join the evening tea, a lovely gesture that made us feel truly valued and well taken care of. The service, ambience, and overall experience were excellent. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. Highly recommended!"

"Worst property ever. I have medical emergency (death) in my family and I had to check out the hotel within one hour of check-in and I requested them to take the penalty charges and refund me atleast some amount as I booked two rooms, but all in vail they don't have humanity and not even a penny was refunded. Also the property was pathetic unhygenic and worst property ever. Please never trust and do booking from treebo and specially Expedia....really poor"

"Rooms were clean but property with less amenity and no breakfast, lunch, dinner facility. May be due to bridge problem."

"We enjoyed this hotel. Great view from our balcony across the valley with the dam, lake and elephant point in the distance. It's a 10 minute walk to Mapro Gardens and nearby shops and restaurants. We recommend Roots of India for a quality meal. The rooms are large, with good storage, decent shower and a comfy bed (very firm as are most beds in India). "
