"The unit although modern was missing basic cleanliness when we arrived. Coasters had coffee rings, dirty dishes were stacked in cupboard, shower curtain is stained and mouldy and the dining room table when wiped down turned the dish cloth brown(never been cleaned). Having a washing machine with no clothes rack. No where for toiletries next to sink. However we did enjoy small touches like complimentary juice, candy etc. if those basics get sorted then it would be a much nicer stay."

"This condo was a great base for us during our stay on Queenstown. The area was beautiful and close to everything we wanted to do. Beautiful views from the balcony. The condo was new, comfortable and had everything we needed. I highly recommended this condo."

"Very nice, well set up apartment with all we needed for a great ski holiday. The Coronet Peak road is literally a couple of minutes drive away, which was perfect for what we wanted and downtown Queenstown is less than ten minutes drive in the other direction. There are also a few options for eating and drinking within walking distance.
We had very weak mobile phone reception in the area (2Degrees), but with good WiFi in the apartment we just used WhatsApp etc to communicate with friends and...

"We loved the apartment, but the cost was alot more than we expected. Not sure if book a bachis quoted us as i could kot find proof of actual cost till i saw my credit card. We had to pay extra for a porta cot and a high chair which i felt for the price we paid should have been included in the cost. The runnish buns were tiny and frustrating to constantly empty. But otherwise could not fault it. Was a very nice apartment and had everything we needed to make it a home away from home."

"We had a fantastic stay at this property! The home was exceptionally clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The highlight has to be the wonderful views of the Remarkables —waking up to that scenery was a treat, especially with such easy access to the nearby tramping trails.
The kitchen is well-equipped for most needs, though a few extra utensils would be a helpful addition for those who enjoy cooking full meals.

"This property is stunning and luxurious. Staff are awesome and friendly. The food was devine, we had the breakfast and tried the set menu for dinner. Get in early for your spa bookings. Stayed for 3 nights to celebrate my partners birthday, not somewhere that I ’d normally stay due to cost but was so worth every penny."
"The view from our room was to die for. The hotel is elevated and so even though it’s only about a kilometre or two into town, it’s a bit of a trek down a steep icy road to get to the lake. The room said it had 2 double beds but they were actually 2 queen beds which was a nice surprise. The big let down about this restaurant were the breakfasts. As there are no cafes nearby, we thought we would eat at the hotel buffet for brekkie. Again, the views were to die for. Everything else was pretty poor. Every time we went to the buffet something was empty. There were no cups to get coffee and no glasses to get cold drinks. We mentioned something to the front desk and were told it was hard to get good staff. Actually, the staff were working non-stop, almost running to do everything that needed to be done. However, there was only one person on the floor and one person at check-in. We said we would give it a go the next day, but unfortunately it was even worse. The issue seems to be understaffing, not the staff themselves. Spending about $175 on breakfast over 2 days, we were sorely disappointed. I also mentioned on checkout that we had had a lovely stay but were sorely disappointed in the breakfasts. The lady just said, ok!"
"Parking is a real issue. There is a parking garage for the same cost as the outside parking, but it can be hard to see. The free on street parking is very limited. In addition, there was a wood burning fireplace that spread smoke smell throughout our entire building from basement to 2nd floor. It actually made our room hazy and irritated our throats. The smoke was an issue for all three nights. The hotel is also a solid 15 minute drive to downtown Queenstown."
"Lovely place to stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside we had with our stay was that it was so cold. Reception area, hallways and main dining lounge were very cold and uninviting. Our bedroom heater also automatically switched off at midnight each night and wouldn't turn on for hours, which was very frustrating. We only got 3 TV channels and cellphone coverage was next to none. Lucky we weren't there to watch TV or go on phones. I would stay here again, just need to keep extra layers on."
