This house is part of a community complex. A house that combines traditional and modern, it consists of 2 floors with a garden and its barbecue where you can enjoy the beautiful views of its surroundings, mountainous landscapes and from its upper terrace you can appreciate the sea views. The first floor has the kitchen, a large dining room with integrated living room, a bathroom with shower, laundry room and a spacious terrace with access to the garden. On the first floor there are 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one double and one twin (2 single beds) with a full bathroom shared by both rooms. This beautiful house, tastefully decorated, full of life with its handicrafts and decorations, also has a swimming pool which is part of the community complex. Air conditioner available 24 hours IMPORTANT In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age. Per day and person, the tax is from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory. Smoking is allowed outdoors Pool towels and a welcome basket are provided with every booking. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holiday. 24h availability for any kind of questions and assistance. This chalet can accommodate babies. Cot and high chair included on request at no extra cost. Please inform us a few days before your arrival about your expected time of arrival (flight/boat number if applicable) to arrange together the handover of the keys. VAT and final cleaning included. Events are not allowed. Betlem is located in the north-east of the island and is still an insider tip for many island lovers. The place directly between the sea and the mountains is something very special on Mallorca with its location. Nature lovers will find great hiking trails with breathtaking views in the large Llevant nature reserve, directly behind the village. Of course, the village also has a bakery that is open all year round, as well as cafés and restaurants. The Town House is excellent - very clean, equipped with everything you need, well furnished, and a beautiful private garden. Access also to a very good swimming pool and Tennis Court. My only small criticisms would be that there could have been more moveable umbrellas around the pool for shade. No mirrors in either Bedroom was a bit of a nuisance also. Although there is a washing machine, we were only given one set of towels each which meant you had to keep washing them. There were only two tea towels in the kitchen.
