Discover the magic of your vacation in Mallorca at our spectacular estate in Arta, designed for the fun of the whole family! This charming property combines the tranquility of the surroundings with a wide variety of amenities that guarantee unforgettable moments.



Perfect outdoor area to relax in the grandiose 16m x 6m saltwater pool equipped with a diving board and surrounded by 6 sun loungers where you can tan under the Mallorca sun, there are also 3 umbrellas for those who prefer shade. Grandiose gardens where you can enjoy outdoor games, it also has a wide variety of games for children such as trampoline, children's playhouse, ping pong... Large porch with a table for 6 people where you can enjoy outdoor meals and a chill out area to relax. For barbecue lovers, in the outdoor area you will find the large stone barbecue.



Very spacious interiors with a large dining room connected to the outdoor area and an American kitchen characterized by its grandeur and comfort, thanks to its culinary elements and its proximity to the dining table for 6 people.



The rooms are equipped with comfortable mattresses for quality rest, one of them located on the ground floor with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The other two rooms are on the first floor, one of them with two single beds and another with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. On the property, you will find a total of three bathrooms, two with bathtubs and one of them with a shower and a toilet. In one room, there is a sofa bed for two additional people.



Ideal farm for a vacation with friends or family, fully equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, WiFi, dishwasher... Located in the charming town of Artá, known for its Mallorcan essence and local market. The farm is located just a few minutes by car from the most special beaches on the island such as Cala Torta, Cala Mitjana... quiet beaches with crystal-clear waters. In this area, you can also enjoy trails and long walks along the sea. It is also close to Cala Ratjada, a city where you can find many shops, restaurants, bars...

Schöne Finca in Arta

Super Finca mit netten Besitzern wo man einen tollen Urlaub verbringen kann. In ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß ist man in Arta. Man hat auch einen schönen Blick von der Finca aus. Der Pool ist sehr groß und mt dem 1 m Brett einfach genial.

Die Finca lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Der große Garten und der Pool sind top gepflegt. Der Pool ist auch zum Schwimmen geeignet. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und hochwertig im mallorquinischen Stil eingerichtet. Es gibt drei Zimmer mit eigenem tollen Bad. Die Küche ist groß und mit allem ausgestattet. Der Blick auf Arta und die Landschaft ist traumhaft. Perfekt ist die Nähe zur Stadt. Man kann Restaurants und Geschäfte fußläufig erreichen. Es ist wirklich alles perfekt. Ich habe keinen Verbesserungsvorschlag.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und versprüht spanischen Flair, der Garten sowie der Pool sind gepflegt und schön angelegt. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt.
