This chalet for 6 people has terrace and private pool. It's located about 500 meters from the beach of Sa Colonia de Sant Pere, a nice residential area on the northeast coast of Mallorca. The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a large living room, fully equipped kitchen and a toilet. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a balcony overlooking the pool, the other two bedrooms has another balcony with a nice view outside. The villa stands out for its large terrace, the beautiful swimming pool, a barbecue, a zone of hammocks, a porch with garden furniture and a small garden area is located. Sa Colonia de Sant Pere offers amusement area coast (water sports, fishing, restaurants ...) with the tranquility of a residential area near the sea. Air conditioning: As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has hot / cold air conditioning units in the bedrooms and the living room. The villa was as advertised. Perfect location, only 15minutes walk from the beach and town centre. Plenty of lovely restaurants and bars around the marina and beach front. Family of 6 had plenty of space to relax and unwind. Swimming pool was great for the entire family. Patio with sun beds, bbq was perfect for several evenings and the balconies were great for early evening sun and sunsets. Any issues we had were resolved quickly. The owner was great. Die Ausstattung war allerdings eher spartanisch. Von anderen Häusern sind wir es gewohnt, dass man Dinge wie Salz/Pfeffer(mühle), Haushaltstücher, Seife, Waschpulver, Geschirrspültabs etc. Bei Ankunft vorfindet. In diesem Haus gab es leider nichts davon, so dass wir am ersten Tag gleich erstmal groß einkaufen fahren mussten. Bei Ankunft war außerdem die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer defekt sowie die TV-SAT-Antenne. Die Agentur war sehr bemüht, schnell Abhilfe zu schaffen. Vielen Dank dafür! Das En-Suite-Badezimmer konnten wir nicht nutzen, da es dort sehr unangenehm aus dem Abfluss roch. Wir haben uns dann alle das andere Badezimmer geteilt, was für 10 Tage ok war. Trotz Beschwerde hat man sich dem Thema nicht angenommen. Ich selbst habe eine Fußverletzung durch ein defektes Gitter im Pool zugezogen. Gerne kann ich ihnen den Mailverkehr weiterleiten.
