Lovely Villa

Pros: We had a great holiday at this lovely traditional villa. It’s much more spacious than it appears from the photographs & was very clean. Really quiet location at the foot of the mountains with great sea views & spectacular sunsets. Lovely outdoor space to relax by the pool, eat meals & enjoy the peace & quiet. We all had a great time & loved the house. The host was very helpful & gave us good local recommendations. We were sad to leave :( Cons: Extra charge for aircon (not told about this when booking).

Super sauber, toller Außenbereich und Pool,

Pros: Das Haus und speziell der Außenbereich mit Pool, Terrasse und Ausblick, bot viel Platz und war wunderschön und top sauber. Der Zitronenbaum ist der Hammer. Sehr netter, unkomplizierter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Die beiden Autos konnten bequem auf dem Gelände geparkt werden und sogar Spielzeug für die Kinder war vorhanden. Ruhige Lage mit Ausblick auf die Bucht von Alcudia und auf die Berge. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Erholsam, bei perfekter Aussicht auf's Meer

Pros: Die Lage des Hauses ist in einem Naturpark, dementsprechend nicht frequentiert und sehr ruhig. Und doch ist man in 10-15 min spazieren an der Promenade von Colonia San Pere mit Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Aussicht auf's Meer und die Bucht von Alcudia zu jeder Tageszeit und Wetterlage perfekt! Die Wander-, Spazier- oder Joggingwege am Meer oder in den Hügeln um das Haus sind nahezu perfekt. Wir als Golfer haben die Lage auch wegen der nahen Anfahrtswege (ca. +/- 25 min) zu den Golfplätzen Capdepera, Pula, Canyamel und Son Servera sehr geschätzt. Cons: - GAR NICHTS -
