In the east of the popular Balearic island Mallorca, the charming Finca Santa María with green shutters enchants its guests with its idyllic location and the view of the mountains. Surrounded by lush vegetation and detached from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, the 2-storey villa has a living/dining room with a wooden ceiling, 2 very well-equipped kitchens, 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, satellite TV, a ping-pong table, board games, a baby cot and a high chair. The outside area of the accommodation invites you to swim in the 55 m² outdoor pool or relax on the sun loungers. Whether under a pergola, the awning or in the sun - from one of the many furnished terraces you have the opportunity to enjoy the fantastic view of nature and the garden. Cacti and palm trees create the right holiday flair and a barbecue invites you to prepare fresh meals - here you will find everything your heart desires! Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are 3.5 km away and the nearest sandy beach, Platja de Sa Marjal, is 8 km or a 10 minute drive from the accommodation.

Schöne Finca in sehr guter Lage mit toller Aussicht.

Pros: Wie schon beschrieben, die tolle Aussicht verbunden mit dem großen Pool haben es zu einem schönen Urlaub werden lassen. Cons: Nicht gefallen haben uns die viel zu harten Matratzen, die Badezimmer im oberen Teil des Hauses sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sehr klein. Dadurch das es im oberen Bereich des Hauses keine Duschen gibt sondern nur Badewannen ist die Finca für ältere Menschen nur bedingt zu empfehlen. Die Küche mit ihren 1,5 x 6m ist so schmal und Eng, das das Kochen schon eine Herausforderung ist. Das sich 2 Leute in der Küche aufhalten ist praktisch unmöglich. Die Türen in allen Zimmern sind so verzogen das diese nur mit viel Kraftanstrengung zu öffnen bzw. zu schließen sind. Alles in allem wäre eine Renovierung sehr zu empfehlen.
