The modern Villa Mercedes is located in the third sea line in the Colonia de Sant Pere. A unique, qualitative object that was designed by the owners with great attention to detail and heart. The house has a special feature, the bedrooms are on the ground floor and the spacious living-dining area with open kitchen is on the first floor to enjoy the sunshine longer, and the bedrooms are cooler in the summer at night. Directly at the entrance of the villa you have a small green area, like a natural meadow, it is not an English lawn. There you also have a terrace with comfortable seating, where you can enjoy the sun until late in the afternoon. On the ground floor are the four functional bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes and fans. The bathroom has two sinks and a large shower, this has no door, but the toilet already. Two additional guest toilets are located outside at the entrance of the house, and directly at the living room. The modern staircase leads to the spacious living-dining area with sea views. The living area is cozy and functional, Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and underfloor heating. The open, fully equipped kitchen is modern and has enough closets to store everything you need. The large dining table has enough space for up to 8 people or more, in the morning and in the evening there is a beautiful light. Behind the living area is a staircase from where you get to the large roof terrace. This offers a unique sea view from Betlem to the Cap de Formentor. A large dining table and two hammocks help to feel the absolute holiday feeling! Sports enthusiasts will get their money's worth. In the garage are bicycles, paddles, snorkeling equipment and much more available! Also in the garage is the washing machine and dryer. A holiday home for the whole family! For bookings over the winter months, the heating is charged extra !!!
