Room, was clean all the time but the bathroom need better clean on the toilet and shower. Have some mold in the corner. But the room service was amazing. Kid friendly all the way, love Mis sandra and Eilyn take care amd damce with my 2 toddlers, rodolfo the captain for the buffet was incredible friendly and the team its very attentive. The staff is the key of this place. They make the vacations amazing.

The resort is beautiful and the staff professional and attentive. Compliments to the chef for the amazing food selections and the team for such amazing service. The view from my room was breathtaking. Will definitely recommend and visit again!
