We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Regina in Madrid! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and in an ideal central location. What truly sets it apart, though, is the exceptional team—the staff and management are incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. The service throughout our stay was top-tier, and we felt wonderfully looked after from start to finish. We absolutely loved our time here and will definitely make Hotel Regina our home base on every future trip to Madrid. Highly recommended!

Room was clean but small by North American standards. Staff was helpful. Hotel was close to Plaza Major. However, it could be noisy sometimes in the evenings or wee mornings because of nearby restaurants and people in the street. This may bother light sleepers.
