"We stayed at the hotel for one evening, we arrived late and left early; however, we did use the shuttle service. The shuttle driver was friendly, and the front staff and security guard were all friendly. It was clean and a good experience."

"Excellent location walkable to the Lake Arrowhead Village shopping area and the lakeshore. The hotel provides free EV charging which was a nice surprise. The rooms are spacious but somewhat dated, especially the beds."
