Super emplacement, gite vieillissant sans effort de rénovation

L'emplacement, la vue, la taille, sont très biens. Plus d'effort pour maintenir ce gite en "bon état"... tout est vieillissant (cafetière qui fuit, bouilloire sale, couettes et couvertures anciennes et pas nickel, plusieurs ustensiles cassés non remplacés...), dommage.

Emplacement exceptionnel mais la maison doit être aménagée.

Très bel emplacement mais la maison est franchement plus que simple. Assiettes ébréchées, verres dépareillés. Pas de lampe de chevet car pas d’ampoule… C’est limite vu le prix de la location.

Cette maison est une passoire énergétique, l'electricité n'est pas inclus dans le loyer, il faut compter environ 150€ en février en utilisant la cheminée un maximum, malgré cet inconfort non prévu notre séjour à été agréablement. Ph C

Maison très bien située, isolée dans la nature, avec vue panoramique sur Arreau. Un bon point de départ pour de nombreuses randonnées. Très bien.

Un endroit idéal pour se ressourcer

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans la maison de Jean. Idéale pour se ressourcer, sa maison offre une vue imprenable sur la vallée et est très bien placée pour randonner ou pour profiter des stations proches (Saint Lary, Piau).

Excellent séjour.

Gîte très bien situé en balcon au dessus d'Arreau et en pleine nature. Idéal pour les enfants. Toutefois, la rénovation de la bâtisse mérite d'être poursuivie.

Grande maison, meubles, vaisselle, aspirateur à réviser, lits du dortoir fatigués. Manque d'isolation , heureusement qu il y avait la cheminée, le chauffage électrique ( grille-pain) ne suffit pas. Dommage, belle vue et calme

"Superbe maison dominant le village, bien équipée. Beaucoup d''espace qui permet (nous étions 9) d''avoir de l''intimité mais aussi de se retrouver tous ensemble. Belle cheminée, bien appréciée. Propriétaire agréable et chaleureux. Un seul petit problème : le coût de l''électricité."
