You get what you pay for with this room. Having said that we selected this room because of the price so shouldn’t complain. Check in was fully automated (keypad inside left of door) and was not to difficult. The room was very small but was able to fit our family. The room was fairly clean but there are no amenities (kettle, tea, microwave). Bathroom was fine and there were lots of towels. There is a lovely bakery and grocery store nearby and parking was easy.

Stayed at this hotel for one night. Room was small for four people but so efficiently organized, we managed well. Beds were very comfortable. Room and hotel are very clean. I would go back if I was in Arras again.

Extra toll charge, freezing room, miles away
We were arriving late and i was sent the codes for our room. That was fine but on arrival i couldn’t get in through the gate with my vehicle. So i went to look for help and the security guard was a very grumpy and reluctant to help me. He finally agreed to open the carpark gate for me and he walked the speed of a snail. Once in, i typed the codes in and paid the remaining balance and off to the room! The rooms where clean but absolutely freezing, i put the heating onto maximum and it run for about 3 minutes, no heat tho! It was so freezing in the room even the toilet seat was like sitting on a block of ice or one a public one thats in an out door block. After the first use i was desperately trying not to use it again because it was so cold. Even my daughter was cold and she is always boiling, she even asked for a cuddle to warm up! Its was freezing in there! The bed made a banging noise when we moved as if the legs were uneven and i tried to put things under the legs to help stop it and it was so annoying and i bet downstairs was annoyed too. I think if i wasn’t so exhausted after a day in Disneyland and then the 2 hour drive to here, i would have jumped i back in my van and found somewhere else! Sat nav took us to the hotel via an extra toll booth, so again an extra payment, magical mystery tour around what seemed like an industrial estate! Roundabout after roundabout, I thought it was going to be just off the motorway but it wasn’t.

The entry was poorly signed and therefore went around the traffic circle 3 times and down street looking for an alternate entrance.

There is no on site staff for much of the day. Any problems you are on your own. The breakfast was very average. This is more of s business person's quick overnight stay. There are resaurants within walking distance but nothing very special. It suited us okay and it is readonably priced.

Great en route stop over!
Great en route stay thru France from UK. Good family room, clean, easy to find & park with boulangerie, supermarket & brasserie in waking distance.

Good location on outskirts of city. Simple to find and great secure car parking Simple check in - not having a key ( use individual 6 digit code for all doors internal/ external Nice breakfast Rooms basic but beds comfortable Good value for money

Fine for room only - nothing special
Basic but OK, beds not the most comfortable. Checkin was not manned so had to use the code we were sent to check in. Breakfast not included and was a rip off price.

Great stop over spot
Great stop over spot. Clean beds, with full size beds in a family room for the children. Fab shower and access to the room late which was great as the euro tunnel was delayed. The breakfasts have to be preordered and are takeaway due to covid but include good pastries, great bread and a good selection of cheese etc. There is a shopping centre and supermarket near by to grab picnic supplies for a longer journey south. Fab.

Good stay.
Young family of 4 staying on a stop over as we travelled further south. Very clean and comfortable. For the price you cannot complain at all. Some restaurants/shopping facilities within a short walking distance. Centre of Arras is well worth the short drive away. Stunning

Ok as a stop off
Served it’s purpose as a stop off. Rooms were basic but clean. Self check-in works ok, but make sure you check your Hotels.com in-box for checking in details if arriving late. Otherwise, not bad overall.
