  • A comfortable break with family or friends to discover the richness of the heritage of all kinds in the city of Arques and the region of Saint-Omer
    Cathy will welcome you in her completely renovated cottage with all comforts a few steps from the city centre of Arques and the forest of Clairmarais (2km), in front of a large park with ponds. You will be close to Renescure where many weddings take place.
    Arques, known for its famous crystal factory, is well located to enjoy the many activities in the area: Visit of the Goudale brewery, boat rental, walks in the Marais Audomarois (the Faiseurs de bateaux), the forest of Clairmarais, the discovery of the Romelaere, the Rando-rail in Guines, bowling and karting in St Martin au Laërt, Escape game in Saint Omer, the tourist train of the Aa, Saint Omer and its historical monuments (Cathedral, the Motte Castrale, the Sandelin Museum, the Ruins of the Abbey of Saint Bertin, the Jesuit Chapel, the public garden enclosed in the ramparts of Vauban).

    Semi-detached house on one side. Private enclosed parking 1 space, 1 reserved space in front of the house. 60m² enclosed courtyard with terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. Closed room for bicycles, 2 bicycles available.
    On the ground floor: Living room with lounge area 3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, TV 110cm, equipped kitchen area (Oven, microwave, 4-burner hob, hood, dishwasher, fridge/freezer..) open to the living room. Bedroom with 2 beds 90x190cm, chest of drawers. Separate toilet. Wifi.

    Upstairs (slightly steep staircase): bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed and a 90x190 bed, bathroom with shower 1mx1m and furniture vasque.Au basement laundry area with washing machine. Baby equipment.
    Utilities included: energy charges, end-of-stay cleaning, sheets.
    Towels 4 € per person
    1 small dog allowed with the agreement of the owners.
