In the resort, 500 m from the centre, in a quiet position. In the house: lounge, table tennis, kiosk, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (limited number of spaces, extra) at the house, communal covered parking (extra), public car park at 800 m. Shop 500 m, bus stop "Arosa, Rathaus" 400 m, railway station "Arosa" 1 km. Skisport facilities, slopes, sled run 500 m. Home delivery service possible. Beautiful hiking trails right in front of the house. Attention: limited number of parking spaces! Grosses Wohn-/Esszimmer. Liegt etwas am Hang, Parkplätze sind verfügbar. Coop, Ober- und Untersee sowie Bergbahnen gut zu Fuss erreichbar. In der Eckwohnung gab es ein leichtes Schimmelproblem. Die Duschvorhänge waren geschimmelt, das Holz über dem Fenster auch. Die Vorhänge im Schlafzimmer fleckig. Die Betten sehr weich, nichts für schlechte Rücken. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Die Wohnung bot alles was wir brauchten. Die Lage ist auch gut. Vom Dorf ins Hotel geht es einfach etwas Bergauf. Es ist alles zu Fuss möglich und das Auto haben wir nie benötigt. Bei längerem Aufenthalt könnte sich ein Einkauf mit dem Auto aber lohnen auf Grund der Steigung und dem möglichen schweren Einkauf. Da die Unterkunft höher gelegen ist, ist die Aussicht dafür extrem schön.
