In the house: lounge, table tennis, kiosk, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (limited number of spaces, extra) at the house, communal covered parking (extra), public car park at 800 m. Shop 500 m, bus stop "Arosa, Rathaus" 400 m, railway station "Arosa" 1 km. Skisport facilities, slopes, sled run 500 m. Home delivery service possible. Beautiful hiking trails right in front of the house. Attention: limited number of parking spaces! Parking space or garage space must be reserved in advance with the key holder: parking space CHF 5.00/day, covered parking space CHF 8.00/day, garage space CHF 16.00/day, payable on site. Lounge with internet connection (WiFi). Ski passes are available at reception.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Zum Skilift sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Nach dem Skifahren schaut man vom Balkon direkt in das Bergpanorama.

Preis-/Leistung für diese Wohnung war leider nicht mehr als befriedigend. Kochnische ohne Geschirrspüler, sehr klein mit zu wenig Stauraum, teils unsauber und nur das Minimalste an Geschirr/Besteck.
