About this property

2 Bedroom along Highway 71<br>This suite is on the 2nd level and requires guests to use stairs.

We have added Multiple suites on the 2nd level of the former Table 316 building, right on Hwy 71.
This is a wonderful 2 bedroom with 1 bathroom.
These are in addition to our other STAY properties all within 1 block of each other.
This is the perfect location to rest and relax after a great day in Boji.

You will receive an email with step by step instructions to find your suite. You will receive a text 24 hours prior to your check in with door code.

After launching by Triggs Resort, you can pick up your guests
off the Ritz dock or the public dock on West Lake.
We can help you with space for your trailer close to the Suites. If you are booking a room early, we do suggest renting a boat from a local marina as well. Those fill quickly.

You will receive you door code 48 hours before your check in. Early check in is offered at a fee. If you have any questions, just let us know.
We offer great parking at the Stay Properties. We do have 2 areas next door for trailer or overflow parking.
We highly recommend wagons for the kids, bikes or great walking shoes. The Lakes Area is growing in popularity so you can most likely get to your destination faster without your vehicle. This location does not have a grass yard.

This is on the 2nd floor of the former 316 restaurant. It is apartment type with 2 bedrooms. There is a roof top balcony shared with other guests. This Suite now has a stove.

*Half a block from the public beach on West or East Lake.
*4 blocks to the Emporium and Amusement Park
*The Ritz, Miles and The Okoboji Store are steps away, where you can begin your FUN IN BOJI!
*Boat ramp is 3 blocks away so you can launch quickly!

There are 13 steps to get to the suites. These are located on the 2nd level.
We do have a roof top patio for you to enjoy. If you are looking for a space that is for a larger group, please feel free to look at some of our other properties.
We are not a pet-friendly property. Our busy location and high guest turnover mean we cannot accommodate the extra cleaning pets require. If you need special accommodations, please let us know before your stay so we’re all on the same page. Service animals must remain with their owner at all times and may not be left alone in the property.

This property was super clean, super comfy, it had everything I needed. The bed was comfy, the couch was comfy, and only one flight of steps to the room.The neighborhood felt safe and it was right on the main drag in town making it easy to enjoy my trip. I will definitely stay again in the future!

Sister Weekend!

My sister and I grew up in SW MN and as kids our parents brought us to Arnold’s Park. Our accommodations were lovely, very clean and perfect location to access all the things we wanted to do. I would definitely stay here again and again!

Great location!!! Very clean and cutely decorated room with all essentials needed while on vacation. Plenty of space for a family of 5. Nice spot to park a boat if needed. We used both the AC/heat during our stay and they worked great! Things we enjoyed: filled ice cube trays in the freezer, room darkening shades, comfy beds/pillows, complimentary bag of popcorn and k cups, easy charging ports in the nightstands, full-length mirror, super easy check in/check out, locks felt secure, great water pressure in showers, plenty of kid friendly free channels on TV, and sound machines in the rooms. Very cool rooftop hang out space as well. Would highly recommend staying here if you plan to come this way, I’m 99.9% sure that we will be back next year!

Enjoyable Stay at Boji

Love Okoboji!!! The suites are pleasant and new inside! Located in the middle of everything fun but were quiet for sleeping! It was not about finding a view for us this time but it is less than a block to get to the water when desired. It was my first VRBO trip and my only issue was a disconnect with the online billing information...my billing itemization locked me out for a number of days and the VRBO charge was added after the original that I'd seen but could not get back to.

This place was great for our family of 4 for a great extended weekend at the lakes. Pros: location, cleanliness, communication with host Cons: lack of windows and natural light. Fluorescent lights were out of control, leaving the place feeling cold and uninviting. I’d definitely stay again but would be interested in booking another unit that actually has windows!

Not the Beautiful Weekend we had in mind

TV very dated, couldn't use our netflix or any apps, smelled like dogs, push button key entry very iffy. We got locked out of our apartment and was told to go have a beer and they would fix it. They did, but had to hangout in the bar in wet swim wear. It was nice enough, but not the care free weekend we had in mind when we booked the apartment.
