It's a perfect retreat for one or two families, the cabin has two bedrooms on the main level with a king and a queen bed. There is a loft bedroom upstairs for the kids with a full bed and five twin beds and a half bathroom. There is also a foosball table in the loft. The open floorplan allows for the kitchen to be open to the dining area and living room. The cabin has a full size washer & dryer. The deck is great for eating outside with a picnic table or sharing a bottle of wine on the corner benches. There is a propane BBQ for guest use in seasonal weather. R-Cozy-Cabin's A-Frame is the perfect retreat for relaxation or to fulfill all your outdoor adventure desires. Access Information: You will receive check-in instructions, including your access code for entry, 2-4 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Please be sure to check your junk/spam email, as sometimes these instructions end up there. Pet Policy: Well-behaved and housebroken dogs welcomed, but must not be left alone (must be over 1 year old - max 2 dogs) with $50 non-refundable pet fee (please include in your reservation notes how many pets you're bringing, max 2). Audio/visual cameras are on site (exterior only). Tenant must be at least 25 years old to rent. Communication: Property management will contact tenant by their preferred method of communication (personal email, text, etc.) to send a required rental agreement, check-in instructions, etc. Payment (where applicable): A 2% surcharge (of the total transaction amount) will be added to your transaction charges when your credit card is charged. Upon booking, $300, plus the c/c fee, is due immediately and is charged to the credit card on file. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (if you are booking a stay that is sooner than 30 days from the booking date, the full amount is due immediately & will be charged to your card on file). We will accept payment by check for the final payment, as long as your arrival date is further out than 45 days. If you wish to pay by check, please email our office immediately to advise us NOT to charge your card on file for the final payment. Please note that if your check is not received by the 30 day mark, your credit card on file will be charged, regardless of previous arrangement. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cabin is great for a family with kids and exactly as described in the listing. The sleeping loft has plenty of beds and worked really well for a family with young children where the parents and kids were able to sleep in one big room. Would also work for a family with older kids where kids could sleep in the loft and parents could sleep in their own room. The cabin is clean and well maintained. Also convenient to the stores and restaurants in “town”. We had a small problem with hot water which was easily and quickly resolved by the property manager. We would rent again. ##### k D. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival we had trouble gaining access to the property. The check in instructions did not indicate that there are 2 different key boxes so we were entering our code at the wrong keybox. Had to contact the property owners to figure it out. The cabin was really hot inside. They do have a AC but the central airing system does not get cold. They have fans in each room. All the children slept downstairs because the loft is too hot. It's probably nice in the winter but not during our summer stay. The beds are comfortable and the wifi works well. We were extremely disappointed and annoyed when we arrived at the Fly Lake and couldn't get access because the owners did not update their guest pass to 2025 sticker. We were told that this lake and pool were amenities to the guests which was the only reason we chose this location. Had we known that we actually would not have access to these areas that are shown on the pictures we would have stayed elsewhere. Kids were very disappointed. We ended up going to the big trees and the cave instead. And lastly, the oven needed cleaning because there was something stuck at the bottom that kept causing it to smoke, my husband had to scrape it off and remove it. Overall, it was an okay stay. The heat and the lake were the most annoying aspects. ##### trea b. ---
