Make your mountain getaway fantasies a reality with this sweet spot, tucked into the trees in Blue Lake Springs, boasting all the cabin coziness you crave. Outside, you’ll find plenty of green space and a large wraparound deck with lovely, treelined views – morning coffee or evening cocktails at the patio table are a must. Inside, you’ll find lots of gorgeous wood detailing on the walls, including a sunburst pattern in the living room. The central heat will keep everyone in your group cozy, and the in-home WiFi and streaming-capable TV will keep them entertained. The spacious, full kitchen offers plenty of counter space for prep, as well as a full suite of appliances. Dine together at the table for eight or step outside and dine alfresco on the deck. Spend the day out exploring, or stay closer to home with a visit to the seasonal community pool or tennis court, among many other HOA amenities. At the end of the night, play a game of foosball in the loft and then fire up the gas grill for a family cookout. Two comfortable bedrooms and a loft await when you get sleepy, but don’t drift off without stepping back out onto the deck for a peek at the nighttime mountain sky. Things To Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. This home is within a gated community that requires a $50 access fee, payable to the HOA at check-in. The fee is valid for stays up to seven days and is subject to change without notice. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). It's the perfect amount of space for our family of five with three kids under nine. It's a short drive to Snowflake Lodge, which is a family favorite. There were some annoyances though, like the upstairs AC not working well enough, the washing machine not dissolving the provided pod while running, and a few beetles and other bugs not vacuumed up (especially around the slider door). The Blue Lake Springs area, which was new to us since we love going to lake mont pines.We went to the bear valley ski resort and it was a beautiful short drive up there. I loved that we were so close to Big Trees State Park, love going there!! It was a wonderful location . This cabin was very spacious and the kitchen was great, loved the dinner table. The bottom bedroom was a too dark, not enough lighting, and bette blankets would be nice, the upstair loft was nice with the two beds, although upstairs felt cold. Overall the location was wonderful and the house was great. And you have to but you own wood. Not to happy that you will need to buy wood for the wood stove, who wants to carry logs in there car.??!! The location and neighborhood is perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed. However, when we arrived, the upstairs (which sleeps 4 more people) was probably 20 degrees hotter than the downstairs. The air conditioning worked well downstairs but upstairs there is no way anyone could have stayed up there with warmer daytime temperatures (summertime). The garbage disposal was back flowing, the shower water temperature was very cold and the beds were very uncomfortable. If these things were fixed we would definitely stay again.
