Staff very rude they made me feel I wasn't welcomed. Reception staff are very rude they need to either be retrained or they need a new job doesn't involve customer service

Perfect place to be in Graz - I was there on my own for a short trip to see friends. The hotel is welcoming and very central next to the river - multiple bridges for an easy crossing into the heart of the city - have stayed there before and will do in the future! Highly recommended.
